Active! Active! This is posted here to inform you that the 'new' and improved rank structure is now activated (Offical). From now on people will be addressed by their new rank names. This is just a new names for our current ranks, so you still have to obey and listen to the members of higher rank! Do this and you will be fine. All members in command remember to treat your men/women correctly and they will do the same for you.

I have wrote this as a follow up to the Monthly statement. Because I have just recieved more news that I thought the Unit might want to know.
Last but not least. These people have been acknoledged for promotions;
Lnt. Figurehead (lnt. Is same as Cpt.).
*NOTE! These people are "alledgable" for promotions, you have not been promoted yet. All you have to do if you want to be promoted is have a Trial Of Position. Meaning you have to have a match between you and a person of the next rank and if you win you will be given a "training" rank. This rank is not the real deal but a pretend one that gives you exactly what you get with the real one. If you lose, you will have to wait 2 weeks then try a ToP again. This "training" rank you will have for 10 days. During these 10 days you will have to do and be everything that rank gives you. Meaning you have to work like a Cpl. or Kmt. Which ever one your up to.
And during this 10 day period you will be tested by higher authority and if they judge you as being capable of this rank then you WILL! be promoted (officially!) as that rank. If after that 10 day period you have been judged not capable then you will have to stay at your current rank for another 2 weeks. Then you may be judged again!
I realise some of you may be going on holidays. If you are that is fine just try to E-Mail me beofre you do! If anyone has any questions regarding anything at all please E-Mail me and i'll get back to you A.S.A.P!

These people have been given the Chryssoun Aristion Andrias. This is the first commendation a Mechwarrior recieves. It is given to those who fight well in battle and have excellent Loyalty!
*NOTE! You can also get promoted when you recieve a certain amount of awards.
Mechwarrior3 League We can now sign our Unit up to this Mechwarrior3 League! So if we do we can particapate in tournaments more regulary than what we are currently doing with the Zone. The Zones tourneys take longer to set-up than this leagues. If you guys decide you want us to go into this new League as our whole Unit. We can have more fun!
If you guys want us to go into this league please contact me below and tell me so I can reserve a spot in the League for us.
*NOTE!, This is a League where we will fight/battle other Units like ours for glory and fun! We will not be changing anything of ours. Everyone will still be apart of this unit as they are currently now. We will only be apart of a bigger community like the Zone.
New Recruits We need more recruits when the Lnt. and Cpl. get promoted. The three Lance Leaders, Sgt. KnightOfNee, Sgt. Atrus, Sgt. NoMaDeMoN. You guys need to recruit 1 person for your Lance. This way we will have a full Unit again, plus it is time to expand! If you three Lance Leaders could please recruit one person for your Lance I would be most grateful. Also this is part of your rank, recruiting and keeping your Lance full is a primary order that comes standard with your rank!
Once you have recruited one person for your Lance please inform me either by E-Mail or on the Zone. Please include the new members callsign and E-Mail address when you inform me. ThankYou!
Missions Briefing Now we have a Missions Briefing Area. Come here when we are going to have a Tournament or another Important game and check out the specifics on the enemy. This Information is provided by InTel to us as it is when first reported. Meaning some info may not be excatly correct as enemies change...
Please allow time for InTel to send info. Some info may be posted right away when first sign of a Tourament is heard. Other info will shortly arrive! Make sure you check this out before you go into battle.
House Idea Hey guys I just got a brainstorm of an idea! You know how we got just our Unit, well I was thinkin we turn it into a House. I've got tons of information to do it and you guys don't have to do anything just leave it all to me if yous agree. "Whats a House?" you ask? Well its exactly like Steiner and Davion. They are houses pf the Inner Sphere, you know how in Mechwarrior3 and other Mechwarrior games how they keep mentioning these great forces of the Inner Sphere how they fought for prime control of the IS until the clans came along. Well thats what we'll be, a huge House of the Inner Sphere. We will have thousands of planets and galaxies under our control, not just one planet or so like before.
What will happen is we Will not! get rid of The Davion Knights but instead build a new second Unit. But this Unit will be the prime Unit. It will actually be a House! Now we'll make it House Steiner because I already have tons of referrence on that House. Now this House will be dominating about half the IS (just like in the real battletech world!) and it will consist of its own armies but it (like all Houses) will be hiring Mercenaries. And that my fiends is where our normal Unit comes in. So we'll have a Armie for the House but we'll still have a Merc Unit of ours operating within, cool! eh? AND... We'll get other Units like "The Burning Blades" to join under the House (like where TDK will be both under contract by our House!) and I'll be able to quickley and easily set-up Campaign games, Tourneys, cos lets face it the zone won't get off their ass to give us one so we might aswell do it for our selves. Thats the Mercenary way!
So we have a new Big Unit, with little Units underneath it. So in other words we will actually have something like StarLance or Battle Zone going :) I can already tell this will be a great idea. Oh yeah and if we do this A few people will be promoted because I have to go up higher and be the Archon of te House which The Davion knights will be under contract to, so I still will be your leader :). The Future Kommandant (Lnt. Figurehead) will then be the Leader (Colonel) of The Davion knights. He will be your Units boss and will Command you in battle but it is still me who will have to arrange who, what, when and where The Davion knights do outside of combat (game room. Playing a game=Under Lnt. Figureheads Command! Not playing a game=Under my Command! Referring to game meaning Tounaments, other impotant games).
If you think this will be a GREAT! idea like I think so, please E-Mail me telling me so. If you don't think this will work also E-Mail me and if majority rules we'll leave everything alone:) It will be just like the ZONE!
